CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
*Effective January 30, 2022
Cancellations
- CLASSES / PERSONAL TRAINING
- All cancellations and or reschedules must be at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled (purchased) class to avoid a cancellation fee of $10.
- Classes can be cancelled and or rescheduled by class attendee by following the instructions on their CLASS confirmation email, scheduling login page or by contacting THE STUDIO DIRECTLY.
- If you cancel a personal training appointment, we will make every attempt to reschedule you within the week. There is a possibility due to scheduling, that your Personal Training appointment cannot be rescheduled and it will be forfeited without refund.
- MEMBERS/PACKAGE HOLDERS
- IF YOU ARE A NO SHOW / OR DID NOT CANCEL AT LEAST 1 HOUR PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE BILLED AND CHARGED A NO-SHOW / CANCELLATION FEE OF $10 FOR EACH NO SHOW OR VIOLATION OF THE CANCELLATION POLICY ABOVE.
- PAY AS YOU GO
- IF YOU ARE A NO SHOW OR VIOLATED THE CANCELLATION POLICY ABOVE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED FITNESS APPOINTMENT YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE FITNESS CLASS OR EVENT.
- MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
Any Memberships or Packages can be canceled by COMPLETING THE OFFICIAL CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM (click here). - THE MEMBERSHIP WILL BE CANCELED EFFECTIVE 30 DAYS AFTER OFFICIAL SUBMISSION OF THE CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM *MEMBER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MEMBERSHIP FEES DUE WITHIN THE 30 DAYS AFTER OFFICIAL SUBMISSION OF CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM.
Refunds
- *There are NO Refunds for ANY packages, bundles or purchased Fitness Classes to include "SWEAT" or "SLAY" Fitness Classes, due to high demand and limited availability.
- If all classes in the bundle package purchased are not used within 60 days the remaining classes will expire and will not be refunded.
