From May 25, 2020 - November 11, 2020, we will honor a fallen Military Hero before a workout at our Virtual and physical Fitness Studio and dedicate the workout to them. Family will receive an official letter from THE8BLOCK Fitness Studio via email stating the Date, Time and workout in which their Hero was honored. *Due to schedule restraints and volume only one (1) submission per Hero can be approved.
